The OB-124 Pool Cue features a Curly Maple Forearm, Black Maple Handle and a Curly Maple Sleeve.
All OB Playing Cues (other than our Sneaky Pete’s) are built using our exclusive Straight Line Core (SLC) technology. SLC is a solid core that is straighter, stronger, more stable and stiffer than the vast majority of cues made today. This simply means that your cue will be built straight, stay straight and hit great.
This cue also has our unique Centralized Balance System (CBS). CBS allows for our cues to be weighted in way that creates an evenly balanced cue with feedback that is both crisp and lively. It really has to be felt to be appreciated because you end up with custom feel in a production cue.

I finally got the chance to play with my new OB-124 cue with a Pro+ shaft. First, the Pro+ shaft hit is solid and crisp, but quiet; it sort of reminded me of my friend’s Z2 shaft. As for the butt, it is the most beautiful simple looking butt I’ve seen. The swirls on the curly maple are vibrant and noticeable. The black stain on the handle area is solid black without any cosmetic imperfections. I got this so I can retire my OB-129 cue with a OB1+ shaft; this cue and shaft is amazing too. Also, Kristy and the staff at OB was fantastic in my buying experience. OB has a exceptional level of customer service and is shows they stand by their products.
