About Taylor:
Taylor Hansen is 19 years old and a freshman at Lindenwood University in St Charles, Missouri. She became interested in pool at the age of 9 as she was intrigued by her father’s stories of how he did in league pool during the week. Her parents bought her and her brother a 15-in-one game table to see how they took to the game. Fundamentals were taught on this 4’ x 2’ table until her dad was able to complete construction on a game room which was set up with a 9-foot Brunswick and a 7-foot Valley bar box table. At the end of her first year, she competed in her first tournament at the VNEA Junior Nationals and finished in 4th place in the 9-13 division, which gave her the desire to better her game and improve. She has since racked up 19 National Titles. She is a 5-time defending VNEA Junior National Female Singles Champion, 3 time defending VNEA Junior National Major Mixed Team Champion, 3 BCA Women’s National Championship titles, won the USBTC Women’s 10-Ball Championship, and one of her most memorable titles claimed being the 2016 BCA Nationals Platinum Mixed Scotch Doubles Championship with her 13 y/o brother at the time. As of December 2017, Taylor has a Fargo Rating of 643 and is ranked #8 on the Top 100 USA Female List and #49 on the Top 100 World Female List. While her current future plans include pursuing her bachelor's degree at Lindenwood University and being part of the Lion's Billiard Team, her goal is to have a career in medicine. Taylor plans to work hard on her game to see where it can take her even though Taylor has no desire to become a future Professional.

Quote from Taylor about OB:
“I am super excited to be playing with the OB line of equipment. Their high quality workmanship which goes into every one of their cues should allow me to be much more consistent.”

Goals in pool:
“My main goal is just to be the best I can be. I plan to keep challenging myself, study hard, and I will continue to compete in many regional singles, mixed doubles and team events with plans to play in some WPBA and NAPT events as college and work schedules permit."
