I started playing pool at ‘Santo da Serra Golf Club’, when I was 6 years old. My father used to play as a professional golf player at “Santo da Serra” and from ages 6 to 18 years old, I also used to practice golf. I recall that after every training session, or even golf competition, I would spend some time at the pool room, so I could play around. I used to take advantage of all my spare time to play pool with friends; after school classes and golf practice. I quickly realized I was slightly more talented than majority, as people started to comment when they saw me playing. Subsequently, I was invited to be part of a team that competed on local championships. From then onwards, I start earning more experience, and progressively won local competitions. These experiences led me to the National league, and nowadays, I am considered one of the best players in Portugal.

Career Highlights:

2013 I became the 10 Ball National Champion.

2013 I was one of two players selected to represent Portugal in the World Cup of Pool on TV.

2014 I won a Bronze Medal at the European Pool Championships in Kyrenia, North Cyprus.
