If you have a Pechauer Cue and are looking for an OB Shaft to fit it, then you most likely have either a Pechauer Pro Series joint or a Pechauer JP Series Joint in your cue. The Pechauer Pro Series joint is the most common and is basically a piloted 5/16×14 joint that is quick release.
If your shaft is piloted it is the Pro Series and if it is flat faced then it is the JP Series.
If you look at the bottom of your shaft and you see a small metal piece that sticks out, that is referred to as the pilot and that would be the Pro Series joint.
If the bottom of your shaft is completely flat where you could actually stand your shaft straight up on a table and it not fall over, then you have a flat faced joint and that would be the JP Series.
