OB-1 Cue Shaft

OB Cues warrants OB-1 Cue Shafts, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the Cue Shaft.

Upon receipt of the cue shaft, freight prepaid, with a completed “OB Cues Return for Repairs” form and the original purchase receipt. OB Cues will determine if the repairs needed are to be covered under the terms of the warranty. OB Cues will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any cue shafts deemed to be covered by the warranty. A quote for repairs will be given for any cue shafts not deemed to be covered by the warranty.

Packages received without proper documentation will be held awaiting contact from the owner. OB Cues is not responsible for packages received without proper documentation.

Things not covered by the OB-1 Cue Shaft Warranty:

Damage due to abuse or neglect.
Damage caused by playing with the cue shaft without the Carbon Fiber Pad that is placed between the tip and the ferrule.
Custom joint work provided outside OB Cues to fit a Partial OB-1 Cue Shaft to a cue. When a Partial OB-1 Cue Shaft is the original purchase, then OB-1 will replace a defective cue shaft with another Partial OB-1 Cue Shaft.

This is the sole warranty of OB Cues pertaining to OB-1 Cue Shafts and no other warranty is applicable either expressed or implied, in fact or by law.

OB Cues liability is limited to the replacement of the OB-1 Cue Shaft.

OB Cues shall not be liable for any consequential, special, incidentail or punitive damages resulting from or caused by any failed OB Cues product.
